One of the unique features of Saturday Islamic School (SIS) is that it has its own syllabus which has been developed over two decades. Prominent scholars have contributed to the designing and the development of the SIS syllabus for the subjects that are taught at the school. The syllabuses are fine-tuned every year to ensure that they meet the needs of the children.
The school provides regular training to its staff so that they know how to deliver the syllabus effectively. Staff members have regular development opportunities which they can use to enhance their professional competence and expertise in the subjects that they teach.
SIS syllabuses are copyright material. Any reproduction or distribution of the syllabus or any part of the syllabus without written consent from Saturday Islamic School is prohibited by law.
The links to the syllabus are given below so that parents can provide effective support at home. Hard copies of the syllabus can be purchased from the school for a cost of £20 each subject (two weeks notice must be given) by parents of pupils currently on SIS roll only.
